It's the plastic surgery scars and sun-damage. They don't stress enough pre-surgery how much the tissue pulls back and deforms as you age.
She was stunning in her first Playboy spread. By the second one, she was all-plastic and kind of gross (IMHO). I don't find fake-everything to be an attractive look. 'Didn't take long for the scars to start pulling and of course she needed "adjustments" and "refreshing" periodically.
The pic in the OP is so Photoshopped that it might as well have been crafted from scratch with an all-digital model.
