A few more points:

Twins game if they are in town - Target Field is great.

Cafe Latte in St Paul on Grand Ave is worth it for the chocolate cake.

The Dakota is an awesome destination for live Jazz.

The Source in Roseville is an amazing gaming store.

Children's museum is great as well.
