LOL tenders.
My friend tried to open a case with eBay, apparently he needs to wait until 22nd then he can open a case.
All these possibilities of seller misfortune are good reasons not to jump off the deep end and be an a-hole about the situation, but when following eBay procedures there is really never a reason to be an a-hole.
My friend is not an A-Hole, he didn't leave negative feedback (yet). Maybe he will if the seller still doesn't respond, but at this time it is too early to judge.
Your question was answered umpteen times so you have a consensus on what to do.
I didn't ask any questions lately, I just provided an update that the seller got more negative feedback.
So why do I keep checking this thread?
