Lawsuit: Starbucks underfilling drinks

Starbux pretty much introduced the concept of 'sizes' of lattes (the suit seems to be about underfilling lattes not regular coffees).

Before Starbux took over the world, pretty much everyone sold one size of latte. Add an extra shot of espresso or two if you like, but there was never any particular size. You get a shot of espresso and some foamy milk. There was no such thing as a '16oz latte'.

Foamy milk is mostly air... this whole suit just seems crazy to me. Even crazier than sm, med, lg lattes.
