Up and down, that seems to me to be a lot of stairs for the start of a regimen.
And/or it may be the years saying stairs just aren't in your workout future.
I second the banana a day supplement.
Top it with two small scoops of ice cream. Vanilla and strawberry would be my recommendation, or chocolate could be substituted for either scoop. No nuts or marshmallows, you want to keep the calories down.
A spritz of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup on each scoop for garnish.
