a good cappuccinos is mostly foam. my milk steaming works fine for lattes but i just can't get enough foam for a cappuccino and when i pour it there is too much steamed milk. you'd probably be okay with it since you like them wet but they might be too wet for you even. a good cappuccino should almost feel like there's nothing in the cup when you pick it up. i always compliment my partners when they make a particularly good one as i appreciate their technique.
Yeah, I know that "nothing in the cup" feeling.... I guess I ask for it a little wet so I can feel like I got something for my money....
