Jeez, I got a little sidetracked when I started looking for google images of "back of leg".
Anyway, yeah there can be a little stiffness in both legs, but I'm more aware of the left one. The feeling is not unlike what I might experience when standing up after squatting for a period of time. While normally, that discomfort would go away completely and fairly quickly upon standing, now it lingers. It's not really impacting mobility, but it's more of an annoyance at this point.
In the picture, it's pretty much where the lines cross the teal colored section between the L3 and the Axiel Lines.
