Been with them since 2007. One accident claim, one totaled car claim, one road assistance claim. Expected my rates to go up on the first two but it didn't happen. Claims process is pretty easy. Got a quote from Costco (Ameriprise) at my last renewal but they couldn't beat Progressive. So I'm sticking with Flo.
(The same cannot be said for Progressive Homeowners Insurance. Our one claim was a six month nightmare, and I ditched them last year. But the homeowners insurance is Progressive in name only, and not the same operation as the auto.)
