The delivery system on which $tevie is hanging her hat is immaterial, they could have delivered it on a donkey or by a Hellfire missile, the use of high explosives that kill everything in given radius, with an intent to kill everything in the given radius is what makes the difference.
Collateral damage that accompanies the use of explosives is accepted in military use, it is not acceptable in police tactics.
The uniformed yoyos in Dallas, so proud of themselves because they managed to avoid it this time, just set a new precedent for other PDs to use their new toys with inevitable disasters to be inflicted on the public they are supposed to serve.....
So in spite of all the protest, militarization of police has reached another level....
