Libray fine forgiveness

Library I work at only goes to collections on the higher dollar amount accounts. The rest remain on record basically forever and will prevent renewal of accounts. This applies to non-student accounts, students get billed through the bursars office as part of their school bills.
Billed books are refunded all but a $10 billing fee. |
