A few observations:
1) Newt, if you are going to quote an article, you should take care to also quote the captions for any images or tables included in your quote.
2) Having said that, the table included in the article appears to document quantities of smartphones sold worldwide on a per-OS basis for Q4 2015 and Q4 2016.
3) Having said that: How is it possible that Apple only sold 77,038.9 iPhones worldwide in Q4 2016? Answer: It isn't - the number is actually 77.0389 million units. It is unfortunate that nowhere in the article or table caption is that fact stated. Poor journalism on display here.
