You would THINK so but, you'd be wrong. ATT can and does change the terms of your contract at will. The month after I bought my iPhone6s+, ATT raised my contract rate by $5/month. When I pointed out that I had a two-year contract, they said they would let me out of the contract with no early termination fee. Otherwise, to keep my Unlimited Data Plan, I'd have to pay more. ATT is hitting me with a second rate increase this month.
