Spammers spoofing my home phone number

My cell rang the other day, it said it was home calling. (We have a land line at home). I answered it, and it was that robotic voice announcing my Windows license was expired.... I now get this spamming of my home phone at least 3 times a day now.


So how in the hell are they doing this? I can't well block my home phone number (). Anything I can do to stop this?
