I'd say $280 for the 1TB Sanyo SSD is a very good price. The 1TB Sanyo I bought ~ two years ago was ~ $480. I've been VERY happy with it. Last BF, I was hoping to see a good deal on the Sanyo 2TB but, no joy (not even this BF Sad ).
