I like 99% of the Pixar stuff a lot, but The Incredibles was really, really good. Holly Hunter did a good job with the cockpit chatter. The whole movie was a lot of fun.
I really like Cars, but was disappointed with Cars 2. Wall E was also pretty incredible. I really like that there was no spoke words for the first 20min or so. Great mood and character development.
It feels a little like Pixar became less Pixar and more Disney. I enjoy animation, but Disney has been pretty hit and miss, with more misses for me, for years. It's not about the supposed politics of Disney animations. It's mainly that they have a really hard time telling an interesting story.
It's all about the merchandizing. I don't mind that if I get a good movie out if it, first.
