How’re you SE Texas (Houston) folks dealing w/potential flooding event if remnants of Imelda hang around too long?

Hope you folks are gonna be safe. Are y’all in any better position to deal with such a huge potential rain event than in years past?

I may have to head down there in a few days, not sure how I’ll fare.
