I have yet to hear anything bad about Amazon that:
-Is true
-Is not true of other places
-Is not something other places wish they could do and often eventually start doing
-Isn't due to a third party and often ends up being fixed down the road
Meanwhile their customer service goes way above anywhere else. The Mrs bought a pair of headphones for me. There was an issue with one ear pad. She got a great deal. They were out of stock. They offered to refund the full retail price so we could buy a replacement from the mfg, even though that was 2x what we paid.
