Dictation Commands

I wish Siri would take a page from Dictation Command.

Like the old Mac voice control (remember the little disc that popped up in the upper right corner?) there was/is no internet required.

I'd like to see a lot of Siri functionality live on computers and devices and not need to be 'connected'.
