At 25 feet up, we're talking about him lying in the morgue, not the hospital. The only way I'd even consider doing that job would be if I was in good enough physical condition (sounds like a "no" for cbelt), if someone was holding the base of the ladder the entire time I was up (or I had a properly anchored scaffold), if I had roof jacks set up for the "on the roof" work, and had a properly anchored OSHA-compliant safety harness and shock cord. Otherwise, fuhgedaboudit!
