I had similar symptoms (chest pain, but no numbness; second time somewhat localized on right); wife diagnosed gall bladder, and she was right. Keep an eye on that, even if no stones found. Can be 'sludge' getting into biliary duct.
Assume they check for thrombosis, and also for masses in abdomen, e.g. (hate to suggest this) pancreas.
I'd say head back in at first sign of symptoms.
