Bulk email: how to send and how often?

The dominant folks are mailchimp and constant contact. They get past the ISP caps and the blacklists. Of course they police the content to be sure they do not fall afoul of the spam cops.
They also provide some very nice analysis and tools to see whether the emails are opened, etc. |
