The only way you're going to get super-high-resolution shots is to:
a) Shoot 'em yourself. Wonder if they'd let you on the ice to shoot a couple of shots during a break or right after the game? Or see how good you can get just going to a game...
b) Find a sports photographer (local news station?) who shoots hockey games. See if s/he's got something, or offer to pay for a minimum time period (it WON'T be cheap...)
