@ Filliam H. Muffman - sure if you have the inclination.

Can't under stand why 30fps couldn't capture a plate and movement in daylight. I sure would not be pedaling these parts even at dusk. Not when SUVs are doing 45 in a 30.
The cycliq that mattkime has, ticks a lot of boxes and is made for the purpose, though the reviews are mixed at best in a couple places.
The Yi is popular as a dash cam and does 1080@60fps. G sensor, 165º.

Wyze can be USB pack powered according to users and can be time locked by turning on within the network.
