Recommend me an iPhone headset with a boom, noise-cancelling mic?

I'm doing a lot of calling for work these days, walking other employees through projects. Can anybody recommend a good sounding headset that works with an iPhone and has a mic on a boom and has noise cancelling? Something like this, but for Lightning, that you think sounds good:
