Netflix DVD's, so many are damaged

I have really enjoyed receiving netflix discs over the years but this year has almost broken my patience with them. Every single disc I receive requires multiple cleaning and polishing sessions and of course there's nothing to be done about the scratches. Frustrating when it's so much easier to just hit a website and download the movie.
