Is this a good bicycle tire pump for $30? We have "regular" bikes.

I have a Blackburn floor pump that works well for me, but any floor pump with a gauge will be far better than a hand pump. Make sure it can handle both Presta and Schrader valves.

A hand pump is only for fixing flat tires when on the road.

Some floor pumps are dual action, and they can pump air into the tire on both the up and down stroke. Mine does not do that.
