Upgrading 2015 15" MBP--which SSD?

Mrs. Anonymouse's 2015 has only 256GB in it, and it's getting crowded, so I'm going to upgrade it. She uses it only for office work,(email, creating Word, Powerpoint, Excel documents), watching videos, and video conferencing--no heavy lifting?

To maximize flexibility and future resale value, I'm going to put a 1TB in there-they seem to go for about $120 these days. Seems like Sabrent, Adata, and WD are offering the best value these days. Any suggestions for brands or specific models?
