Do you feel just the same way about photos of immigrant children in U.S. detention camps? Can those stories be told with the same effectiveness without an image? I'm left wondering what the purpose of photojournalism is, if the same story can be told just as effectively without it.
"The twin towers fell today in New York City. There was a proliferation of dust and smoke, and as some people jumped to their deaths, others on the ground streamed forth covered in sweat, blood, dust and debris."
