Republican deep denial on this has been going on for 10 years.

Back in 2009 Obama's DHS produced a report predicting a rise in right-wing domestic terrorism including white nationalism. Republicans took it personally. They got really upset and buried the report.

John Boehner (R-OH) blasted Janet Napolitano for insulting "American citizens who disagree with the direction Washington Democrats are taking our nation."
