You should ask them to comp you your bill amount from the day you first reported the problem until the day they resolve it, since you can't use their service.
I had AT&T (landlines) comp me for 53 days on two phone lines for the time it took them to restore working service to me, they had to replace almost a mile of cable on their poles from the 1950s that used paper insulation and would short out whenever it rained.
Getting them to do that took a LOT of phone calls, I think I spoke with 17 different people until they finally got me in touch with the field supervisor in my local area that was heading up the cable replacement.
