So this points to an issue with your SIM

I forgot, you probably mentioned this in the first or second thread, but they DID replace the SIM, correct? maybe the new SIM is defective? try one more time

Sorry, No as in not tried. I did watch the clerks hands, it's a new sim. Also, it's sim #3.
