OK, I tried.
Since your SIM does not work work in another phone, it is either a problem with the SIM itself. You has so bad luck that the first one failed and then you got 2 defective new SIM in a row, a 1 in many billions chance but not impossible. Or is is bad batch, but then more people would complain. Or it is an incompetent clerk, but same thing, more people would complain.
When I say SIM, it is clearly the SIM itself or the account. It is NOT the phone, since that works with other SIMS, and your SIM does not work in other phones.
IIRC you said this was a grandfathered unlimited plan. Maybe Verizon is trying to kick people off and you are part of a test plan to see if their evil plan works?
