VW is the only non-Tesla manufacturer that seems to be taking the shift to EVs seriously. Ford has signed an agreement to develop and share tech with VW. GM actually has fewer EV vehicles than they did 2 years ago. None of them have the capacity to produce the batteries that they need to compete with Tesla.
