The Orville is no longer on Fox and instead starts on Hulu in 2020?

I've really enjoyed having Hulu; there's a lot of older shows as well as newer stuff. It filled the gap nicely when we cut the cord some years ago. What we watch on it varies widely, and each of us in the house has our own sign-in, but recent watches for me include King of the Hill, Bob's Burgers, Invader ZIM, Taxi, Saturday Night Live (they need to fill in some serious gaps, there, but I've re-watched the entire original 5 year run), AP Bio. My kids & I watch a lot of the animation (Steven Universe, Sonic X, Foster's, Chowder, etc.).

As far as The Orville goes; it was the only way I watched it, not having cable. Became a bit of a viewing party for the house. Was happy to hear it was moving to Hulu full-time, as it will change some aspects of show production (more open scheduling, not adherent to a weekly TV show, no restricted running time more or less, etc.).

Ditto what Gareth said about giving it a try-out.

FWIW, we have the no commercials subscription tier. The commercials version wasn't that bad -- as I recall, it was a single commercial at each usual commercial break point -- but what was a bit batty was that it was the same commercial each time, at each break, on each show.

Sometimes you can "choose" your commercial experience. It's not bad at all. $5.99 per month.
