I am confused. I suggested this so long ago. from the first thread. You said you tried it and it did not work back then. Something does not ad up. I am glad your phone is working, sorry you wasted all this time. Now march into the Apple Store and show them the issue.

What is left? Apple ID. if I understand it correctly, you always used your Apple ID with all these combinations. something weird is going on, try a new Apple ID (spouse, kid, friend, or even make a new Apple ID just to test).
