MR Forum Fit Club: Ball to the wall to the ball

Pushing hard as daylight wanes.

Did 10 miles (jogging) this weekend.

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to miss my weight-goal this year, but am hopeful that I can get within 10 pounds of it and with my present diet I should be able to stave off gaining much over the winter.

If I can do that then I should be able to make my target by next summer.

...Been working towards this since 2017. I can give it more time.
