Where is all the high college tuition going? My alma mater is losing money.

The highest paid state employee in almost every (every?) state is a football coach. We just spent as much on revamping a football stadium as it would take to pay for every high school student to go to college for many years to come.
He makes more than the Dean of Medicine at the teaching hospital. A job far more useful to society too.
