This is very interesting! I hope you have a follow-up post once you figure out what's up with your ID.
I've been having issues with my last 2 iPhones (5s and now an SE) where they initially worked great, then after several months, they would start draining much more rapidly than normal. This abnormal draining would continue to be the 'norm' even after I replaced the batteries in them. I hadn't thought about my Apple ID until this post (and I have gone through the settings with a fine toothed comb!). My wife and I have the exact same phones, bought at the same time. I may try swapping phones with her and seeing if the draining continues (which she has never experienced on her iPhones).
