I grew up on fried bologna sandwiches on white bread with ketchup. It wasn't even the fancy schmancy "name-brand" Oscar Mayer bologna. It was some cheapo generic brand like White Rose or something. On the days when the fridge was especially empty, we didn't have bologna and just had ketchup on white bread.
