Just make sure you turn ALL data off. IN fact, they no longer gove you 100 MB free so maybe even on the lowest plan (1 GB) they still charge you $12 even if you used 0 bytes, that I do not know.
the lowest plan is $12/mo
My last bill was $1.39 --- Only taxes and regulatory fees.
