I didn't mean to have my angst pointed in YOUR direction, but at the producers of these stories. I'm sorry - it DOES look like I'm mad at you - I'm not. Google news knows I'm interested in macs and ALWAYS puts these stories in my feed with BREATHLESS headlines making it look like all apple users are domed, but almost ALL OF THEM need to have the hacker get full possession of the device first. The worst one was a few months ago - the headline sounded SO BAD that I was terrified... turned out they were talking about a very theoretical hack that was only possible when the owner of the phone unlocked it and handed it to her friend to hack.
