My dad was a fan of angel food cake with fudge sauce or chocolate ganache frosting, but due to availability (or lack of, depending on how you look at it), he powered down a lot of your fave as an alternate.

Personally, I'm a chocoholic, so if it's chocolatey, and it's good, and it's in front of me; it's my fave.
