Yup. I have a couple of liters of 2-propanol that I use to disinfect large (15 liter) water bottles. But I have no way to gel it.
Can you just pour it into a spray bottle and use it in its liquid form? The cruise ship I was on last year was incredibly hygienic and attentive to cleanliness. There were staff members stationed at every entrance, exit, stairs and elevator bank to the cafeteria and restaurant level with spray bottles of some kind of alcohol based solution. Their one duty was to spray everyone's hands coming and going, with a huge smile and a hello. It was a clear liquid and evaporated quickly. Not a gel or foam.
