He was indeed an excellent actor, and actually quite prolific and versatile. It's true that he's maybe better known for villainous roles, but I really enjoyed him in "The Fly" and "The Last Man on Earth".

Edit: only Vincent Price could star in a TV show in 2002, when he died in 1993. (Big Grin https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001637/?ref_=tt_cl_t1
