Suboptimal Google Play store experience

End of last year, my elderly FIL passed away, not unexpectedly, given his advanced age.

Anyway, unwinding everything, his CC shows a recurring charge for Disney Plus. (My) Wife calls them, they say "This subscription was purchased through the Google Play store, so we can't cancel it - you have to go through them".

Between him and his (also deceased) wife, they had three Google accounts. None show this subscription.

As far as I can tell, the "Contact us" link on these account pages or the Google Play store directs you to helpful articles first, and ultimately, suggesting you post your problem to their community boards, from which I have gotten no response.

Does anyone know the secret handshake to actually talk to a person at the Google Play store?
