Do you by chance have access to Adobe Acrobat on a PC? If so, try this
- Click Print
- In the dialogue box that opens there is a 'pages to print' section (showing all, current page, pages and a drop down for 'More Options' - click the more options drop down
- There is now a tick box for 'reverse pages' - tick the box
- Then choose Adobe PDF as your printer and when you click Print, it will prompt you for the location to save the file.
I tried it on my work PC with Adobe Acrobat installed and it worked. I tried it on my Mac with Adobe Reader and tried to use the PDF dropdown native to Mac, but Reader complained it wasn't availble.
