Do any Bluetooth earbuds have replaceable batteries?

Not that I have seen. Would have to be really really small.
Hearing aids do it every day.
Sure, but hearing aids are not communicating constantly with a host device and driving music/etc. Hearing aid (button-style) batteries wouldn't last very long at all.

I know what you're looking for, but I've not seen it in a bluetooth headset, earbuds, medium-size, or can-style. Ages back, I had a pair of headphones that took AA batteries but they were mid-size and (I think) 900Mhz (and worked about as well as you'd think).
