The basic stupidity of how many things behave is a daily joy.
Actually, I see the logic of W10 constraints as learning aides for a new-to-computers user, keeping them from being set adrift among a see of open windows and open files of the same names.
But once moving from wet feet to getting their sea legs, these become the restrictions.
There should be a switch to allow moving to OlNaCl mode.
We have similar problems on the Mac side.
