I think the list Lemon posted is the list that requires focus. For several years Cotton and Hawley have been touted as Trump-like, but with less drama. They have the same crazy, but packaged in a less narcissistic wrapper. They are both well educated, both come from states that are MAGA, and have both taken steps to make the donor class happy.

I think they are more frightening than Trump because this packaging obscures the crazy for lower information types.

Haley is the choice of the more mainstream GOP-can't-quit-Trump-and-she-will-bring-the-women-back types. These folks hope for a post Trump GOP renewal, but are so strongly on the team they will vote for Trump. (David Frum, another GOP apostate, uses the following phrase on his Twitter: "When this is all over, nobody will admit to ever having supported it.") Haley will be one of those.
