One and two decades ago, I had four full implants (as opposed to "mini" implants). My dentist STRONGLY recommended AGAINST cantilever.
A decade plus ago, a friend was a long haul trucker. He told me there's a stretch of highway (back then) in NC that had a boatload of dentists and, when he needed dental work that's where'd he'd head to. He's long dead so, I cannot get any information for you but, I expect searching online should get you some answers. Good luck!
And YES, dental work, especially implants and crowns, are obscenely expensive.
